When you have a 5 and 7 year old devastated let alone the cost of getting here for this experience I’m so so angry and unhappy. I had bought recently bought trampoline socks from gravity but she would not allow us to use them either. I’m devastated and we run a company of our own and if this was my franchise and representative of my business I would want to know. My daughter was distraught and crying her eyes out. They were tiny and wouldn’t fit either child so went back for others to be told the only other ones they had were XXL adults. We were given two tiny pairs of socks and the lady who said she was a manager was stretching them and said they should fit. The idea was to see what it’s like for my daughters birthday party on 10/11. (We have driven here purely for this company) fuel cost me £151 a gallon so hasn’t been cheap to get here. I returned later after booking on the phone for the 3pm session. I went first and checked they weren’t busy and they confirmed they weren’t and booking anytime was fine.
